Damage Claims
If an order is received damaged externally, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged internally, please notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt to place a claim. All boxes, materials and product must remain intact and undisturbed for claim processing. The shipping carrier may need to inspect the damaged order and/or you may need to return any damaged items to Reflections of You. Not following the above procedure will result in our having to deny your claim.
Discount Coupons
Reflections of You will occasionally offer "Discount Coupons". We are unable to make corrections if you should fail to enter the correct code or fail to enter a code at the time of check out. Please see the Discount Coupon Section under Information for additional information
Mailing Address Errors
If an order is rerouted from its original destination due to an incorect address or zip code while "Creating an Account" the customer assumes any additional charges for the correction and agrees that Reflections of You may charge this fee to the customer's credit card. Please make sure that all information is correct as all orders are shipped to the address invoiced by our Shopping Cart. Should Reflections of You make an error, we will do everything possible to rememdy the situation as quickly as possible.
Payment Options
We use PayPal® as our processor. Visa, Master Card and PayPal® cards are all accepted through our secure on-line shopping cart. You do not need to have a Paypal® account in order to use this service. We do NOTaccept COD orders.
Privacy
"Cookies" are used only for the purpose of our business dealings with you. We will under NO circumstances release, sell or give away your personal information or email adress to any other party or enity
Out of Stock - Back Orders
Our Shopping Cart is set up to prevent items being ordered that are out of stock. Strange things do happen occasionally and should this happen, you will be contacted immediately in order to make a different choice or be offered something similar. Because our items are handcrafted and many are one-of-a-kind it is at times impossible to duplicate them.
Sales Tax
Illinois residents will be billed sales tax at the current rate on all retail sales.
Shipping Charges, Handling Fees and Other Shipping Information
Shipping within the Continental United States is free. We do however add a small $5.00 handling fee to all orders under $35.00. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. In most instances, orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will be provided a shipping confirmation number at the time of shipping. If for some reason there is a delay in your order being shipped, you will be contacted immediately. We do NOT ship outside of the USA or to Post Office Boxes. Please contact us for a Return Authorization within four days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Upon receipt, you will be issued a Store Credit, we do not refund shipping charges.
