“Finger food” for the soul. I’ve been know to make a meal off of appetizers, it is amazing how many different types you can get on one small plate. When I make the kind that freeze successfully, I’ll put them away for those days when I can’t make up my mind what would taste good – pull out a couple of different kinds and have a really nice meal.
